Practical information

These sessions are open to all staff in North Central London, at any fitness level, and will run for 10 weeks from Tuesday 12th July to Tuesday 13th September 2022. Join as many sessions as you can for a programme tailor-made to your wellbeing needs, or drop in when it works for you.

These sessions will take place at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Further information regarding the sessions, arrangements, and how to get to the stadium will be emailed to you ahead of the sessions by the Spurs team.

Please note that you need to register to attend these sessions (you can do this on your mobile phone).

Track your progress

If you would like to complete the full programme by attending all 10 sessions, we would recommend that you arrive early to the first session to take some baseline measures to track your progress. Please come to the stadium from 5pm to take some measurements (e.g. weight, waist:hip measurements) and receive some supportive material from the Spurs team (e.g. goal setting, activity log, well-being needs analysis).
