North Central London Mental Health and Wellbeing Hub Senior Practitioner

Band 7 – Hub Practitioner 1.6 WTE total — part-time applications welcome for no less than .4WTE

You will provide a range of outreach and engagement activity across the Hub as agreed with your Hub line manager, in consultation with the organisations with whom the Hub is working. Activity will be provided based on what needs emerge but are likely to include Reflective Practice, individual and group consultation relating to mental health and wellbeing, training, online webinar discussion , contribution to the resources available on the Hub’s digital core (‘Keeping Well NCL). Both face to face and online working are likely to be required.

All post holders should be motivated to help to establish the Hub with a view to long term sustainability, with a track record of achieving targets and meeting tight deadlines. They must have experience of working within a health and social care environment, working within multidisciplinary teams, and it would be desirable to have been involved in clinical service provision linked to workforce wellbeing.

Band 8a – Senior Hub Practitioner 2 x WTE total – part-time applications welcome for no less than .4WTE

In consultation with your Hub line manager, you will work independently across specific areas of Hub delivery activity, which include outreach and engagement into the organisations within the NCL Integrated Care System, the development and promotion of the Hub’s digital core (‘Keeping Well NCL link), and the provision of clinical expertise to support a route to clinical pathways as needed arising from the work of the Hub. As agreed, you will provide support and supervision and share expertise with other Hub practitioners as requested. Both face to face and online working are likely to be required.

All post holders should be motivated to help to establish the Hub with a view to long term sustainability, with a track record of achieving targets and meeting tight deadlines. They must have experience of working within a health and social care environment, working within multidisciplinary teams, and it would be desirable to have been involved in clinical service provision linked to workforce wellbeing.

North Central London Mental Health and Wellbeing Hub Support Lead

Band 8b – Senior Hub Lead 3 x 0.6 WTE total

In consultation with the Hub Lead you will take a  lead on specific aspects of the Hub’s work: to provide outreach and engagement across the ICS, to provide  and support a digital base for the Hub (the ‘Keeping Well NCL: website), and to manage and support the clinical pathways relating to the work of the Hub.   

The post holders should be motivated to help to establish the Hub with a view to long term sustainability, with a track record of achieving targets and meeting tight deadlines. They must have strong experience of working within a health and social care environment, leading teams and being involved in clinical service developments, and organisational change linked to workforce wellbeing. Previous experience of  working in a service that has implemented an initiative focused on workforce wellbeing will be highly advantageous.
