Support for individuals

The resources in this part of the website are geared towards you as an individual. We know that there are aspects of mental health and wellbeing that are about how we each look after ourselves, how we look for help, and how we find activities and resources that are particular to our own experiences and circumstances. And sometimes we might also might want to point things to other colleagues that we are aware are struggling. So, this is a place where you will find activities, resources and materials that are about helping ourselves as individuals, as part of the bigger picture.
